Thank you for shopping with Perfumeister. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You must request your return within this time frame.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it – unused, unworn, with unpack

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Return is not free you will need to pay £4.99 return fee.
Please do not send any items back before receiving return approval.

Shipping charges are Non Refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@perfumeister.com, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are Non Refundable. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
